As the sector continues to transition through Support at Home, Right at Home Gold Coast South is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Client Services Manager to take ownership of territory growth across the Gold Coast South corridor, from Bundall through to Tweed Heads.

This is an opportunity to step into a role where your relationships, initiative and commercial mindset can directly influence business growth and community outcomes.

Right at Home Gold Coast South is a leading provider of personalised in-home care, supporting seniors, people living with disability and their families to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

As our services continue to grow across the Gold Coast and surrounding communities, we are looking for the right person to help us strengthen our local presence and build new opportunities.

About the opportunity

Based in Bundall, this full-time role will suit someone who enjoys being out in the community, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful outcomes.

You will take ownership of your territory across Bundall, the southern Gold Coast and through to Tweed Heads, developing strong relationships with:

  • Aged care and health professionals

  • Support coordinators and referral partners

  • Community organisations

  • Clients and their families

  • Local businesses and community networks

You will identify new opportunities, develop referral pathways, promote our services and build a strong local presence for the Right at Home brand.

What will make you successful?

You may come from a background in:

  • Business development or sales

  • Aged care or community care

  • Client or care management

  • Health or disability

  • Relationship management

  • Community engagement

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially driven and motivated by achieving results

  • Naturally confident at building and maintaining relationships

  • Comfortable networking and representing a professional brand

  • Organised, proactive and strong with follow-up

  • Able to manage a pipeline and identify new opportunities

  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory

  • Passionate about aged care and community services

  • Knowledgeable in Support at Home, aged care funding and referral pathways

  • Willing to travel throughout the Gold Coast South and Tweed Heads territory

  • Holds a current driver's licence
